OWNER AND HEAD COACH HERE AT CRG NRG FITNESS LOCATED IN BEELIAR WA.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you
to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

How to eat to lose weight...

Is it possible to lose weight simply by changing the way we eat? – You betcha! Have you ever been on a diet? Most people have. This is how it usually goes: You start the diet and feel great for the first few days. You've cut out all the yummy foods you would normally eat. After a week, all you can think about is the chocolate & the wine you haven't been having. Because you've been so good. Those thoughts grow & grow until you're fighting against your own willpower (& she nasty... & hungry!!) Suddenly you're devouring everything in sight. You've gone from restrictive eating to now over eating & binging on the things you worked so hard to cut out of your diet!

 

Then the guilt comes in thick & fast. So you stop eating those foods again.... & the cycle continues, I've been on that rollercoaster before. It's a wild ride! Are you ready to hop off that rollercoaster for good?

 

I promise you, it doesn't have to be that way. We don't have to have a restrictive diet to lose weight & shape the body we love. We can learn to appreciate & love all the foods. And it's not impossible for you to ever reach your goal weight. You don't want to miss this one!
