Relaxation
Melt away tension and allow your natural energy to flow by sending waves of relaxation through your entire body with our gentle, full body Swedish massage relaxation treatment.
All movements are slow, rhythmic and flowing, easing away tension and leaving in its place a sense of calmness and well-being. You will walk out floating on air.

Remedial
Our remedial Massage treatments include: Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching. By using a vast array of techniques we are able to treat muscles, joints & connective tissue of the body to assist in decreasing pain, injury and rehabilitation.
Remedial massage can also improve circulation, increase range of motion of joints, repair damaged tissue, balance muscle and tendon tone and tension, reduce muscle soreness and stiffness, improve posture. It can also alleviate chronic pain conditions, prevent and manage sports and soft tissue injuries, release tension and tightness in the muscles, increase blood flow and oxygen to treatment area

Motivating and encouraging team training sessions, designed to burn fat and improve your fitness. We use a number of different training styles together with equipment such as battle ropes and slam balls to make your workout stimulating yet challenging. We focus on quality over quantity!

Our Boxing for Fitness sessions are interactive team training sessions designed to get your heart pumping, build your strength are just perfect for relieving that built up stress!

Our mobility and flexibility stretch class will have you moving more freely, in less pain with greater mobility and flexibility to enjoy your day to day activities. We take you through an assessment at the start of the session and we re-assess at the end to show you all the improvements you've made.
